Abstract:
Professional faculty development, which has always been one of the
prerequisites for quality higher education, has become especially relevant in
conditions of strict quarantine restrictions and the transition of traditional
face-to-face university courses to online platforms.
Partial or complete (albeit temporary) replacement of face-to-face
learning with distant learning has exposed several problems.
Both teaching and learning in an e-learning environment are different
from those in the traditional classroom. So distant learning is often a true
challenge to all participants of the educational process.
