Аналіз векторів розвитку організації науково‐дослідницької роботи в медичних закладах вищої освіти

Abstract

Наукова продуктивність значною мірою обумовлена актуальністю змістовної та процесуальної спрямованості дослідницьких проєктів. Тож стабільний розвиток медичних закладів вищої освіти (ЗВО), як дослідницької інституції, залежить від своєчасного визначення векторів розвитку. Під час опрацювання проблемного поля констатовано суттєвий взаємозв’язок структури освітнього та наукового процесів. Відповідно окреслено тенденції, що формуватимуть простір для науково‐дослідницької роботи на базі освітніх установ. Зокрема розповсюдження технологій штучного інтелекту та машинного навчання є визначальним чинником у перегляді перспектив наукового процесу. Крім того, важливим для прогнозу є поступовий перехід до інформаційної парадигми, що сприяє перегляду компетентності фахівця. Окрім того, соціокультурна динаміка визначає напрям науково‐дослідницького процесу у галузі охорони здоров’я, а значне число інновацій у сфері вимагають своєчасної адаптації від спільноти.

The relevance of the substantive and procedural orientation of research projects greatly influences scientific productivity. As a result, the stable development of higher education medical institutions as research institutions is dependent on the timely identification of development vectors. During the course of researching the problem, it was discovered that there is a significant interrelationship between the structure of educational and scientific processes. As a result, the trends that will shape the space for scientific research work at educational institutions are outlined. The spread of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, in particular, is a determining factor in revising scientific process perspectives. Scientific productivity is largely determined by the relevance of the substantive and procedural orientation of research projects. Accordingly, the stable development of medical institutions of higher education, as a research institution, depends on the timely identification of development vectors. In the course of studying the problem field, a significant interrelationship between the structure of educational and scientific processes was ascertained. Accordingly, the trends that will shape the space for scientific research work on the basis of educational institutions are outlined. In particular, the spread of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies is a determining factor in revising the perspectives of the scientific process. Furthermore, the forecast relies on the gradual transition to the information paradigm, which contributes to the revision of the specialist's competence. Additionally, sociocultural dynamics guide the research process in the field of health care, and a significant number of innovations in the field necessitate timely community adaptation.
