Мета даної роботи полягала в обґрунтуванні поліфункціональності мікроорганізмів різних еколого-трофічних груп у контексті їхнього впливу на органолептичні показники та біологічну активність мінеральних вод Куяльницького родовища.
An autochtonous microflora polyfunctionality of Kuialnyk mineral water has been studied in the paper. It was established that medical-and-dining waters contained the viable microorganisms of various ecological and trophic groups. A supposition about a significant impact of the complex fermentative reactions of the microorganisms from mineral waters on the forming of their physical-and-chemical structure and biological activity was suggested.
