В статті розглянуто питання патогенезу псоріатичної хвороби. Підкреслено мультифакторіальну природу псоріазу,
важливість емоційного фактору у його виникненні та клінічному перебізі. Представлено дані дослідження тривожних станів у хворих на псоріаз, запропоновано новий метод лікування псоріатичної хвороби із застосуванням аксіолітиків,
нормотиміків,створенняштучноїдетермінантної конкурентної патологічної системи.
The article is dedicated to the pathogenesis of the psoriatic disease. It underlines the multifactorial nature of the psoriasis and importance of the emotional factor in its onset and clinical course. The data of investigation of anxiety states in patients with psoriasis is presented, a new method of treatment of psoriatic disease that
includes anxiolytics, normothymics, creation of artificial determinant competitive pathological system is proposed.
