Abstract:
On the base of clinical observations and biochemical study of oral fluid in patients with diseases of oral mucous
membrane the efficiency of use the hygienic agent – apigel is proved by decrease of the level of the markers of
inflammation (protein and protease), bacterial insemination (urease), inhibition of free-radical oxidation and the
degree of dysbiosis, stimulate lysozyme secretion and activity of antioxidant system (catalase, SOD), has positive
influence on nonspecific resistance in oral cavity in comparison with a standard therapy.
