У статті наведено результати аналізу особливостей вагітності, пологів у жінок із верифікованим діагнозом внутрішньоутробної інфекції плода та інфікованими навколоплідними водами у 2 групах
ретроспективного аналізу (66 та 107 вагітних). Автори пропонують такі ускладнення вагітності, як
дисфункція плаценти, загроза переривання в будь-якому терміні, структурні зміни плаценти, аналізувати з позиції наявності інфекції. У цих жінок констатовано високий відсоток прееклампсії. Мікроскопічний та бактеріологічний методи не відтворюють стан біотопу піхви.
In 2 retrospective analysis groups (66 and 107 pregnant women), the features of pregnancy, delivery in women with a
verified diagnosis of intrauterine fetus infection and infection with amniotic fluid were analyzed. The authors suggest
such complications of pregnancy as placental dysfunction, the threat of interruption at any time, structural changes
in the placenta analyzed from the position of the presence of infection. These women reported a high percentage of
preeclampsia. Microscopic and bacteriological methods do not reflect the state of the biotope of the vagina.
