У дослідженні проаналізовано інноваційний потенціал бібліотек у контексті формування регіональної науково-освітньої екосистеми в умовах цифровізації та післявоєнної відбудови України. Визначено трансформацію бібліотек від традиційних інформаційних центрів до інноваційних хабів, що забезпечують підтримку відкритої науки, управління дослідницькими даними (RDM), бібліометричну аналітику та розвиток академічної доброчесності. Розкрито ключові напрями діяльності бібліотек, їх роль у міжсекторальній взаємодії в межах моделі Quintuple Helix. Обґрунтовано значення інноваційних сервісів і партнерств для підвищення ефективності наукової комунікації та конкурентоспроможності регіонів.
The study analyzes the innovative potential of libraries within the formation of regional research and educational ecosystems in the context of digitalization and post-war recovery in Ukraine. Libraries are transforming from traditional repositories into innovation hubs that support open science, research data management (RDM), bibliometric analytics, and academic integrity. The key areas of library activities and their role in cross-sectoral interaction within the Quintuple Helix model are identified. The importance of innovative services and partnerships is substantiated as a factor in enhancing scientific communication, fostering research capacity, and strengthening the competitiveness of regions.
