Стан розвитку стандартизації в світі

Abstract

У статті розглянуто визначення поняття «стандартизація», історію розвитку світової системи стандартизації, її сучасну структуру, об’єкти та завдання. Наведено характеристику найбільш вагомих міжнародних та регіональних організацій зі стандартизації, а саме Міжнародної організації зі стандартизації (ІSО), Європейської економічної комісії ООН (ЄЕК ООН) та Міжнародної електротехнічної комісії (МЕК). Крім того, окремо охарактеризовано низку систем менеджменту, що були створені ІSО та впроваджені багатьма європейськими виробниками. Серед них слід назвати систему якості ISO серії 9000 та систему менеджменту безпечності харчової продукції ISO 22000:2005 (НАССР). Також надано опис Кодексу Аліментаріус. Цей документ є збірником стандартів, технічних норм і правил, методичних вказівок та інших рекомендацій, прийнятих міжнародним співтовариством, які викладаються в однаковому стилі та мають як загальний, так і досить конкретний характер.

In modern market economy and fierce competition in product production and sale, especially with food, the most important indicators are quality and safety of these products. Today to address the issue of increasing the competitiveness of Ukrainian goods need to review approaches to security and quality control. The aim of the article is to study the peculiarities of the formation of the world system of standardization and the characteristics of its modern development. And further implementation of this experience in domestic technical regulation. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to study the peculiarities of standardization world system formation and the characteristics of its modern development. High quality products production and as a consequence most competitive products on the market can be achieved with the help of standardization. Standardization is multifaceted and complex concept, characterized by a large number of elements and properties. The global standardization system has a long formation history. Today, more than 300 international and regional organizations deal with standardization and the process of product quality improvement. The largest of them are the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe and the International Electrotechnical Commission. ISO has created a number of management systems, the general requirements for which are defined by international standards. These systems have even been implemented by many European manufacturers. Among the above-mentioned management systems, the most important in solving the issue of food quality and safety are two – the ISO 9000 series quality system and the food safety management system – ISO 22000: 2005 (HACCP). In international practice, the basis for food safety is the Codex Alimentarius. The Code is a collection of standards, technical norms and rules, guidelines and other recommendations adopted by the international community, which are set out in the same style and are both general and very specific.
