Періімплантити є однією з найбільш поширених причин ускладнень дентальної імплантації, що можуть призводити до втрати імплантатів та зниження якості життя пацієнтів. Наявність супутніх захворювань, таких як пародонтит і атеросклероз, здатна ускладнювати клінічний перебіг периімплантитів, посилювати запальні процеси та сприяти прогресуванню резорбції кісткової тканини. Вивчення метаболічних показників ротової рідини, зокрема рівня тригліцеридів, набуває особливої актуальності для розробки ефективних методів лікування та профілактики даної патології. Мета дослідження. Оцінити вплив комплексної терапії, що включає лікувально-профілактичний комплекс препаратів, на рівень тригліцеридів у ротовій рідині пацієнтів із периімплантитами на тлі пародонтиту й атеросклерозу.
Peri-implantitis is one of the most common causes of complications in dental implantation, potentially leading to implant loss and reduced patient quality of life. The presence of comorbid conditions such as periodontitis and atherosclerosis can further complicate the clinical course of peri-implantitis, exacerbate inflammatory processes, and accelerate bone resorption. Investigating metabolic parameters of the oral fluid, particularly triglyceride levels, is of special importance for developing effective treatment and prevention strategies for this condition. Purpose of the study. To evaluate the impact of comprehensive therapy, including a therapeutic and preventive complex of medications, on oral fluid triglyceride levels in patients with peri-implantitis combined with periodontitis and atherosclerosis.
