The paper presents results of own clinical observations on the usage of levomycetin succinate natrium, which possesses properties of metabolite and antibiotic, in complex treatment of patients with penetrating eye injuries. Comparative analysis of results of treatment in 53 patients, the complex treatment of whom included levomycetin succinate natrium, and in 40 patients, who didn't receive this preparation, has shown that the usage of levomycetin succinate natrium in complex treatment of penetrating eye injuries allows to improve anatomic and functional results of treatment and shorten the terms of patient’s stay in hospital.
Целью работы является изучение эффективности левомицетина сукцината натрия в комплексном лечении больных с проникающими роговичными и роговично-склеральными ранениями.
