С целью выявления ранних признаков прогрессирования миопии у школьников с приобретенной миопией, было проведено исследование толщины слоя нервных волокон центральной и перипапиллярной зон сетчатки и параметров диска зрительного нерва с помощью оптической когерентной томографии.
To reveal early signs of myopia progression the macular thickness, retinal nerve fiber layer thickness (RNFLT) and optic nerve parameters were evaluated in 47 children (94 eyes) of 10-14 y. o. with a low, moderate and high degree of myopia. Significantly less values of retinal thickness were established in outward overhead, outward lower and outward temporal segments of the macular area as well as peripapillary RNLFT values were also less in lower segments in children with a moderate and high degree of myopia as compared with children with a low degree of myopia.
