Короткий опис (реферат):
Emotional burnout is a complex psychophysiological phenomenon that occurs as a result of prolonged exposure to occupational stress and is characterized by the depletion of emotional, mental and physical resources. It is a state of deep emotional, cognitive, and physical exhaustion that develops against the background of prolonged stress at work and leads to personal changes in communication and professional motivation1.Burnout syndrome first attracted the attention of researchers in the 70s of the twentieth century. The American psychiatrist Herbert Freudenberger, who worked in a clinic for drug addicts, noticed that many clinic employees began to feel emotionally exhausted, lost motivation and commitment to their work a year and a half after starting work. He used the metaphor of "burnout" to describe this condition.
