dc.description.abstract | The research was aimed to estimate the intake of nitric monoxide with the diet in the modern social{economic conditions of the southern Ukraine. There was determined that the arginine content in the daily diet makes (92,3±21,2) mg. This amount is lower than physiologic optimum and requires the correction of diet with the increase of high{grade protein consumption. Nitrate consumption with food was equal to (1,5± 0,1) mg/kg of body weight and not exceed the safe level. However the excretion of nitrites and nitrates with urine was (176,0±35,5) mmol/l respectively. The strong positive correlation was found between the nitrate intake and urine excretion of nitrates ( r=0,75, p<0,05). 5* Таблиця 1{1 | uk_UA |
