Успішні кейси дистанційного навчання в медичних закладах освіти України в період воєнного стану

Abstract

Дистанційне навчання стало безальтернативним способом отримання освіти в умовах воєнного стану в Україні, що забезпечило теоретичну складову освітнього процесу та розширило можливості застосування цифрових й онлайн‐ технологій для здобуття практичних навичок студентами медичних ЗВО. Новими форматами дистанційної медичної освіти в Україні стали: 1) залучення лікарів‐інтернів та молодших спеціалістів до надання медичної допомоги й виконання інших заходів; 2) надання студентам із числа тимчасово переміщених осіб можливості навчатися онлайн в іншому університеті (без переведення до цього університету). У дистанційному навчанні медичні ЗВО застосовують різноманітні онлайн‐платформи, програмні продукти й засоби. Проведено сегментування найбільш популярних серед них. Висвітлено результати наукової розвідки щодо прикладів застосування успішних кейсів дистанційного навчання з використанням цифрових (онлайн) засобів і методів у медичних закладах вищої освіти України в період воєнного стану.

Distance learning has become an indispensable way of obtaining education in the conditions of martial law in Ukraine. It has provided the theoretical component of the educational process and expanded the possibilities of using digital and online technologies for students to acquire practical skills in medical educational institutions. The purpose of this article is to highlight the results of a scientific study on the examples of successful cases of distance learning using digital (online) tools and methods in medical higher education institutions in Ukraine. New formats of distance medical education include: 1) involving medical interns and junior specialists in providing medical care and other medical procedures; 2) the possibility for students who are temporarily displaced to join online learning in another university (without transferring to this university). It is allowed to involve on a voluntary basis (in accordance with the legislation on volunteer activities) higher education students in their 4th‐6th year of study in the fields of knowledge 22 "Healthcare" to provide medical assistance. Medical higher education institutions use various online platforms, software products, and tools for distance learning. Educational online resources for distance learning in higher education institutions are being created using both simpler tools and by deploying their own platforms or integrating them into an electronic learning ecosystem. The segmentation of the most popular ones has been conducted. The results of the study show that Ukrainian medical higher education institutions successfully implement cases of distance education, widely applying online technologies and tools. Further scientific research could be aimed at exploring the overall indicators of the quality and quantity of success of implemented digital technologies for the proper implementation of distance learning processes during a state of war.
