Інкорпорація технологій управління в контексті динамічного розвитку підприємства

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню питань визначення сучасних тенденцій класифікації технологій управління підприємством як традиційного, критеріального, функціонального та стратегічного концепту. Автором запропоновано визначити перехід технології управління через процес трансформації початкової форми технології до формування інноваційної форми ТУ з позиції законів дисипативного розвитку. Автор пропонує для кожного підприємства визначити комплекс інноваційних технологій залежно від розміру, виду економічної діяльності та цілей функціонування на ринку, стратегії розвитку, фінансово-економічних можливостей та базового рівня управлінсько-технологічної зрілості. Автором запропонована інкорпорація технологій управління за сигнітивними групами для формування комплексу інноваційних технологій для кожного підприємства. Безперечно, типовий шаблон буде варіюватися, оскільки ієрархія технологій не має стабільних (кількісних) меж, які б чітко розділяли рівні управлінсько-технологічної зрілості між собою та відокремлювали технології різних рівнів зрілості.

The article is devoted to the study of determining current trends in the classification of enterprise management technologies as a traditional, criteria-based, functional and strategic concept. The author proposed to determine the transition of control technology through the process of transformation of the initial form of technology, to the formation of the innovative form of technical conditions, from the standpoint of the laws of dissipative development. The synergetic interpretation of control dynamics explains the wave-like nature of managerial processes, waves and impulses arise due to the evolution of dissipative systems. The growth phases are ordered and alternate with phases of chaos intensification. That is why at different stages of enterprise development, different technologies and different strengths of managerial influence are needed. The author offers for each enterprise to determine a set of innovative technologies depending on the size, type of economic activity and the goals of functioning in the market, development strategies and financial and economic opportunities and the basic level of managerial and technological maturity. We will use the following to form a list of innovative technologies that will be part of the complex and will correspond to the level of managerial and technological maturity of the enterprise. First, a list of technologies that is hierarchically ordered. Secondly, the wishes of the representatives of the enterprises on which technologies will be introduced. Third, the need for technology to be transformed into innovative. The author proposed the incorporation of management technologies by cognitive groups to form a set of innovative technologies for each enterprise. Undoubtedly, the standard template will vary, since the hierarchy of technologies does not have stable (quantitative) boundaries that would clearly divide the level of managerial and technological maturity among themselves and separate technologies of different levels of maturity. It should be noted that in a modern, dynamic, highly competitive environment, it is often the case that enterprises with a sufficient level of managerial and technological maturity find themselves in crisis and forced to fight for their own survival. But in this case, only a small number of enterprises dare to implement new management technologies with innovative effect.

Статья посвящена исследованию вопросов определения современных тенденций классификации технологий управления предприятием как традиционного, критериального, функционального и стратегического концепта. Автором предложено определить переход технологии управления через процесс трансформации начальной формы технологии к формированию инновационной формы ТУ, с позиции законов диссипативного развития. Автор предлагает для каждого предприятия определить комплекс инновационных технологий в зависимости от размера, вида экономической деятельности и целей функционирования на рынке, стратегии развития и финансово-экономических возможностей и базового уровня управленческо-технологической зрелости. Автором предложена иинкорпорация технологий управления по сигнитивными группами, для формирования комплекса инновационных технологий для каждого предприятия. Бесспорно, типовой шаблон будет варьироваться, поскольку иерархия технологий не имеет стабильных (количественных) границ, которые бы четко разделяли уровне управленческо-технологической зрелости между собой и отделяли технологии различных уровней зрелости.
