Головні тренди трансформації технологій управління підприємством в умовах динамічного середовища

Abstract

Стаття присвячена питанням формування та структуризації технологій як головних чинників, здатних викликати зміни на підприємстві та спонукати його до розвитку. Автором запропоновано структуризацію, яка ґрунтується на трьох ключових групах кількісно-якісних параметрів, таких як базова сутність технології, специфічна функціональність, необхідна база знань для реалізації технології. Технології залежно від цього розподілені на корпоративні, виробничі, технології СППР, інформаційні. Автором запропоновано селекційну модель трансформації інноваційних технологій у процесі використання. Вона допоможе у забезпеченні стабільності підприємства за постійного сканування параметрів, виявленні відхилень та коридору входу впливу, а також негайному сигналізуванні про порушення або помилкове відхилення. Механізм аналізу компетентності дає змогу забезпечити необхідні корективи на ранніх рівнях відхилення.

The article is devoted to the formation and structuring of technologies as the main factors that can cause changes in enterprises and encourage it to develop. The author proposed structuring which is based on three key groups of quantitative and qualitative parameters: the basic essence of technology; specific functionality; necessary knowledge base for technology implementation. Technologies, depending on this, are divided into corporate, production, systems support and decision making technologies, information technologies. Corporate management technologies form the system-wide and long-term positioning of the enterprise in the market, its fundamental development and improvement. Production technologies form a plan for the tactical implementation of certain priorities and adjusting operational activities using short-term impact tools. Systems support and decision making technologies form models for solving strategic problems and ways to improve strategic positions, and provide an opportunity to see medium-term priorities. Information technology creates additional value for the company, creating a unique business environment with additional competitive advantages in the areas of unlimited opportunities for communication, sales, branding, and the involvement of specialists and experts. The author distinguishes the following classes of information technologies: the class of network technologies, the class of Internet technologies, the class of information production technologies, and the class of artificial intelligence technologies. The formation of an adaptive enterprise management structure is impossible without an innovative integrator who turns management technologies into innovative ones. This provides additional development opportunities such as: volatility, emergence, mobility, cybersecurity. The author has proposed a selection model for the transformation of innovative technologies in use. It will help to maintain the stability of the enterprise system using diagnostics, with constant scanning of parameters, to identify deviations and the input corridor of influence, and immediately signal a violation or erroneous deviation. Note that the mechanism of competency analysis allows us to provide the necessary adjustments at early levels of deviation.
