dc.description.abstract	A clinical technique of treating appendicular infiltrates in children has been worked out and clinically approved. It includes regional antibacterial therapy by means of an microirrigator introduced intraabdominally to the infiltrate locus supplying antibiotics solution to it. Subsequently DC field is applied to the skin region over it. Such technique allowed to improve the treatment result and decrease the number of abscessed as well as to reduce the number of hospital days.	en
dc.description.abstract	В роботі доведено, що заочеревинне введення антибіотика призводить до суттєвого підвищення його концентрації в інфільтраті черевної порожнини, а застосування гальванізації підвищує накопичення заочеревинно введеного препарату у тканинах інфільтрату.	uk
