Гігієнічна оцінка умов оздоровлення дітей і підлітків на морському узбережжі

Abstract

Метою дослідження була гігієнічна оцінка умов оздоровлення дітей і підлітків на морському узбережжі за допомогою комплексу неінвазивних методів донозологічної діагностики.

The goal of the study was hygienic assersment of the conditions of the reconditioning children and teenagers at the seashore with the use of the complex of non6invasive methods of prenosological diagnostics. There was determined that the initial state of health was characterized by the moderate decrease of the adaptation reserves which were more manifested amongst those children living in the unfavorable environmental conditions. After reconditioning there was normalizing adaptation capacities amongst children particularly the frequency of disharmonic growth development was decreased by 15-20%, the number of children with the optimal level of the skin bactericide activity and normal composition of the microbiocenosis of skin and mucouses by 20-30%, the number of children with balanced function of the vegetative nervous system. Conducted analysis of the diagnostic value of the various methods of the assessment of the efficiency of the reconditioning of children and teenagers produced evidence that the most informative method is complex one with the use of laser correlation spectroscopy having high sensitivity with the moderate specificity with the quite high general diagnostic value - 88,8%.
