The authors studied results of combined using of ultrasound and cryogenic action on palatine tonsills in 386 children with chronic tonsillitis. Statistical forecast of efficiency of the method and of stability of results was periormed in different periods of study. It was found that majority of uneffective cases was revealed within 6 month to I year following the treatment. It was shown that efficiency of the treatment depends upon the tonsiyyitis rate per year, size of the tonsills, form of the disease and age of children. The conclusion was drawn about expedience of widespread use of ultrasound and cryogenic action in children with chronic tonsillitis.
Известно, что сочетанное применение крио-и ультразвукового воздействия на небные миндалины значительно повышает эффективность лечения больных хроническим тонзиллитом. В настоящей работе нами приведены отдаленные результаты (от 6 мес. До 5 лет) использования ультразвука и криовоздействия на миндалины при хроническом тонзиллите у детей. Проведены клинические наблюдения и математический анализ полученных данных.
