The aim of this work was to study data on the state of hard tissues of teeth in children of Belaya Tserkov,
living in zones of various anthropogenic load, obtained during the examination in the 2012-2013 academic year. Materials and methods. 14913 examinations of children living in Belaya Tserkov in zones of various anthropogenic load were carried out in the 2012-2013 academic year. The condition of the hard tissues of the teeth was
assessed using the DFMT, DMFS indices, and their components. The number of children with caries, pulpitis and
periodontitis was also determined. Caries activity was determined according to the classification proposed by
Vinogradova T.F. Findings. When studying the examinations data, it was revealed that children living in conditions of increased
anthropogenic load had more negative indicators of the prevalence, intensity and activity of dental caries compared with children living in conditions of relative ecological well-being.
Целью данной работы было изучение данных состояния твердых тканей зубов у детей г. Белая Церковь, проживающих в зонах различной антропогенной нагрузки, полученных в ходе обследования в 2012-2013 учебном году. Материалы и методы. Было произведено 14913 осмотров детей, проживающих в г. Белая Церковь
в зонах различной антропогенной нагрузки в 2012-2013 учебном году. Состояние твёрдых тканей зубов
оценивалось с помощью индексов КПУз, КПУп, и их составляющих. Также определялось количество детей с кариесом, пульпитом и периодонтитом. Активность кариеса определялась по классификации предложенной Виноградовой Т.Ф. Выводы. При изучении данных обследования было выявлено, что у детей, проживающих в условиях
повышенной антропогенной нагрузки наблюдались более негативные показатели распространенности,
интенсивности и активности кариеса зубов по сравнению с детьми, проживающими в условиях относительного экологического благополучия.
