У статті досліджено особливості формування етнокультурної компетентності майбутніх соціальних
працівників в умовах глобалізації. Проаналізовані ключові поняття етнокультурної компетентності. Визначено основні складові ментального етносу. Розглянуто структуру професійної компетентності і її значення у
формуванні етнокультурної компетентності. Проаналізовано міжнародні акти стосовно етнотолерантності в умовах глобалізації.
The article deals with the features of the formation of ethno-cultural competence of future social workers in the context of
globalization. It analyzes the key concepts of ethno-cultural competence, covers the main components of the mental ethnic group,
the structure of the professional competence and its importance in the formation of ethno-cultural competence, analyzes
international instruments concerning ethno-tolerance in the context of globalization. At present, the existence of separate peoples
and cultures becomes impossible, since the intensification of migration and demographic processes, increasing the number of
ethnically mixed families, education of multinational groups in social institutions significantly expand the scope of inter-ethnic
cooperation. This determines the transformation of the social environment, the characteristic feature of which is polyethnic.
Cultural changes resulting from multiculturalism, leading to universalize, strengthening the values of cultural pluralism. New
requirements for ethnic and cultural competence of social workers in the context of globalization give rise to the need for close
interpenetration and enrichment of global civilization, global and national cultures, which should be reflected both in the content
of higher education and the structure of professional training of social workers. Scientists in the field of pedagogy, social work,
culture, sociology recognize that the profession of social worker as one of the most humane areas of professional activity can not
be out of ethnic culture with its versatility and polyethnic. Modern realities of migration and the need to ensure future social
workers in social assistance of people of different ethnic groups requires changing the way in shaping their professional and
ethno-cultural competence. Openness to learning educational systems of social workers in foreign-language multi-ethnic
environment also leaves the option of forming ethnic and cultural competence in students - social workers training in universities
as a necessary component of knowledge in the context of globalization. Ethno-cultural competence of social workers will provide
a more effective exchange of professional achievements in the field of social work and education and allow to avoid incorrect
behavior to incorporate historical traditions of the ethnic group, in which the social worker will work in the future.
В статье исследованы особенности формирования этнокультурной компетенции будущих социальных работников в условиях глобализации. Проанализированы ключевые понятия этнокультурной компетенции. Раскрыты основные составляющие ментального этноса. Рассмотрена структура профессиональной компетентности и ее значение в формировании этнокультурной компетентности. Проанализированы международные акты относительно этнотолерантности в условиях глобализации.
