Проблема депрессии при шизофрении является одной из актуальных в современной психиатрии, однако до сих пор отсутствует общепринятый подход, как к диагностике этих состояний, так и практических рекомендаций по оптимизации терапевтических подходов. К участию в исследовании были привлечены 141 больной постшизофренической депрессией. Все обследуемые были разделены на две группы по гендерному признаку. Клинико-психопатологическое обследование было выполнено с помощью полуструктурированного клинического интервью. При этом осуществлялась оценка общего состояния пациентов с постшизофренической депрессией, сбор и анализ анамнестических данных, детализация жалоб, сопоставление полученных данных со сведениями, содержащимися в доступной медицинской документации, а также проводилась оценка
выраженности положительной, отрицательной и общей симптоматики шизофрении с помощью шкалы PANSS. |

The problem of depression in schizophrenia is one of the topical issues in modern psychiatry, but there is still no generally accepted approach to both the diagnosis of these conditions and practical recommendations for optimizing therapeutic approaches. 141 patients with post-schizophrenic depression were included in the study. All subjects were divided into two groups on the basis of gender. Clinics-psychopathological examination was performed through a semi-structured clinical interview. At the same time, the general condition of patients with post-schizophrenic depression was assessed, the collection and analysis of anamnesis data, details of complaints, the comparison of the findings with the information contained in available medical documentation, and assessed the severity of positive, negative and general symptoms of schizophrenia using the PANSS scale. In the course of the study, gender features were identified regarding the clinical manifestations of the disease in patients with
PSD within the positive, negative and general psychopathological symptom complexes. Among the positive symptoms of psoriasis in men, it is significantly more common in men compared with women: hallucinatory behavior, psychomotor agitation, suspiciouspersecution, hostility. In women, more often than men, was dominated by the mania of grandeur. Among the negative symptoms in men prevailed: flattening the affection, emotional alienation, reducing communicability, passive / apathy social self-isolation. In women, within the limits of the negative syndrome, there is a significantly higher incidence of abstract thinking in comparison with men. Among generalpsychopathological symptoms for women, somatization, feelings of guilt, tenderness of movements and poses, decreased attention, violations of criticism and prudence were more characteristic; Men were more prone to disturbing manifestations, autism and social isolation. |
