Впровадження доказової медицини у навчання студентів-медиків

Abstract

Доказова медицина використовує докази найбільш ефективних та дієвих методів чи заходів для підтримки прийняття рішень, що стосуються здоровʼя пацієнтів. Ефективне застосування доказової медицини буде повʼязано зі зменшенням кількості медичних помилок, використанням у клінічній практиці індивідуального догляду та більш широким застосуванням передової практики. Метою нашого дослідження було оцінити базові знання щодо принципів доказової медицини у студентів-медиків, що навчаються на 6 курсі. При аналізі віку студентів було встановлено, що більшість із них молодше 25 років. Ми встановили, що 40 (66,7 %) студентів працюють у закладах, що пов’язані з медичною сферою. Лише 17 студентів із 60 мали знання щодо ресурсів доказової медицини. Встановлено, що 64,5 % опитаних, а це 40 студентів, знайомі з принципами доказової медицини, та вже розбирали це питання у ході навчання. Проте це не свідчить про те, що студенти обізнані в цьому питанні та мають на меті застосовувати принципи доказової медицини у своїй роботі. 37 % працюючих студентів відповіли, що в тому медичному закладі, де вони працюють, користуються принципами доказової медицини. Тобто більшість лікарських призначень та діагностичних заходів не має відношення до доказової медицини. Імплементація принципів доказової медицини у навчання студентівмедиків є необхідним завданням медичних вузів країни.

Evidence-based medicine uses evidence of the most effective and efficient methods or measures to support decisions regarding patients’ health. The effective use of this ЕM will be associated with the reduction of medical errors, the use of individual care in clinical practice and the wider application of best practices. The aim of our study was to assess the basic knowledge of the principles of ЕM in medical students enrolled in the 6th year. When analyzing the age of students, it was found that most of them are under 25 years old. We found that 40 (66.7 %) students work in institutions related to the medical field. Only 17 students out of 60 had knowledge of the ЕM resource. It was found that 64.5 % of respondents, which is 40 students, are familiar with the principles of DM, and have already analyzed this issue during training. However, this does not mean that students are aware of this issue and do not intend to apply the principles of ЕM in their work. 37 % of working students answered that in the medical institution where they work they use the principles of ЕM. That is, most prescriptions and diagnostic measures are not relevant to ЕM. The implementation of the principles of evidence-based medicine in the education of medical students is a necessary task of medical universities in the country.
