Сучасний погляд на методи профілактики та лікування хронічного генералізованого парадонтиту

Abstract

У статті проведено ретроспективний аналіз літературних даних про сучасні погляди на проблему хронічного генералізованого пародонтиту (ХГП) у пацієнтів з хронічним гіперацидним гастритом. Визначена актуальність пошуку методів профілактики і лікування ХГП з використанням бактеріостатика. Обґрунтовується мета досліджень, спрямованих на розробку схеми профілактики можливих рецидивів у пацієнтів з хронічним генералізованим парадонтитом на тлі хронічного гиперацидного гастриту.

One of the leading places among inflammatory periodontal diseases is chronic generalized periodontitis, which affects more than 90 % of the world population and remains a disease in the treatment of which radical success cannot be achieved so far. One of the main etiopathogenetic factors of periodontal diseases is the pathology of the gastrointestinal tract, in particular chronic hyperacid gastritis, accompanied by the presence of Helicobacter pylori. In such patients, the severity of the course of the stomach disease determines the severity of the periodontal pathology. The use of antibiotics in surgical interventions for periodontal disease to reduce postoperative complications is systemic, which from the modern point of view does not give any advantage in addition to dental manipulation and is an additional factor. Treatment of hyperacid gastritis and Helicobacter infection in the acute stage involves the use of different groups of antibiotics. Therefore, the attention of dentists is attracted by bacteriostatics, which reduce the number of microbial populations and preserve the normal microflora. Taking into account all the above, we believe that it is quite timely to search for modern methods of prevention and treatment of chronic generalized periodontitis against a background of chronic hyperacid gastritis using bacteriostatics and an immunomodulator of local effects, taking into account the effect on the main pathogenetic mechanisms of the disease, which will ensure maximum safety in periodontal tissues in this patient contingent and high activity in relation to pathogenic microflora.

В статье проведен ретроспективный анализ литературных данных о современных взглядах на проблему хронического генерализованного пародонтита (ХГП) у пациентов с хроническим гиперацидным гастритом. Определена актуальность поиска методов профилактики и лечения ХГП с использованием бактериостатика. Обосновывается цель исследований, направленных на разработку схемы профилактики возможных рецидивов у пациентов с хроническим генерализованным парадонтитом на фоне хронического гиперацидного гастрита.
