In developing the combined gel with extract of lilac flowers and meloxicam, the influence of the base type on the release of biologically active substances has been studied. It has been found that gel bases significantly contribute to the release of active pharmaceutical ingredients. The most promising basis for the development of the combined gel composition should be considered the base, which is prepared on hydroxyethylcellulose.
При разработке комбинированного геля экстракта цветков сирени и мелоксикама изучено влияние вида основы на высвобождение биологически активных веществ. Установлено, что гелевые основы значительно способствуют высвобождению активных фармацевтических ингредиентов. Наиболее перспективной основой для разработки состава комбинированного геля следует считать основу, которая приготовлена на гидроксиэтилцеллюлозе.
