Експериментальне дослідження впливу квертуліну на процеси загоєння травматичних пошкоджень слизової оболонки порожнини роту щурів при порушенні функції гепатобіліарного тракту

Abstract

Мета роботи: експериментально дослідити вплив квертуліну на умови загоєння травматичного пошкодження слизової оболонки порожнини роту щурів при порушенні гепато-біліарного тракту. Матеріали та методи. Експеримент був проведений на 40 білих щурах-самцях лінії Вістар, яким проводилося нанесення рани слизової оболонки порожнини роту та порушення функції жовчовивідного протоку на фоні використання квертуліну та без нього. Результати. При проведені динамічного спостереження за загоєнням травм слизової оболонки порожнини роту щурів виявлено погіршення процесів загоєння у щурів з перерізкою загального жовчного протоку та прискорення - у групах тварин, які приймали квертулін. Висновки. При порушенні функції гепатобіліарго тракту загоєння ран слизової оболонки порожнини роту щурів погіршується на 3-4 доби. При використання квертуліна загоєння ран слизової оболонки прискорюється на 2-3 доби у групах щурів з перерізкою загального жовчного протоку та без перерізки.

Clinic of wounds of soft tissues of the face and the course of the healing have their own characteristics and have complications. Appearance of complications of healing, in some cases, connected to the presence of comorbidities, such as diseases of the hepatobiliary tract. The purpose of the study - to investigate experimentaly the effect of kvertulin on conditions of the healing processes of traumatic injuries of the oral mucosa of rats in violation of the hepatobiliary tract The experiment was conducted on 40 white male rats Wistar, that were on the standard conditions of stay in the cells of the vivarium of the VNMU named by Pirogov. Age animals - 5 months. Weight rats ranged between 240-270 g Rats were divided into 4 groups: control, research №1, 2, 3 groups Clinical evaluations of condition of the wound surface of the cheeks were performed everyday from the 4th day of experiment. To evaluate the wound were used such characteristics: "Ulcer" - wound surface is a typical traumatic ulcer with inflammation, swelling and leukocyte infiltration; "Epithelialization" - restoring the epithelial layer of connective tissue of the mucous membrane ; "Healing" - the full restoration of the defect of the buccal mucosa. Complete healing (100 %) of the standard traumatic wounds cheek in the control group occurred on the 12th day , in the first test group – on the 16th day, in the second test group - on the 10th day and in the third test group – on the 13th day. Our results of daily observations of the dynamics of the processes of healing traumatic wounds buccal mucosa, show that dysfunction of hepatobiliary tract negatively effects on the healing processes of injuries of the oral mucosa of rats and using of kvertulin has a positive effect on the healing of post-traumatic injuries of the soft tissues and reduces the terms of the healing on 2-3 days So, drug of choice should be kvertulin for improving the healing of consequences of injuries in complex treatment the because of its hepatoprotective effect.

Цель: экспериментально исследовать влияние квертулина на условия заживления травматического повреждения слизистой оболочки полости рта крыс при нарушения функции гепатобилиарного тракта. Материалы и методы. Эксперимент был проведен на 40 белых крысах-самцах линии Вистар, которым проводилось нанесения раны слизистой оболочки полости рта и нарушении функции желчевыводящих протоков на фоне использования квертулина и без него. Результаты. При проведении динамического наблюдения за заживлением травм слизистой оболочки полости рта крыс выявлено ухудшение процессов заживления у крыс с перерезкой общего желчного протока и ускорение – у группы животных, которые принимали квертулину. Выводы. При нарушении функции гепатобилиарного тракта заживления ран слизистой оболочки полости рта крыс ухудшается на 3-4 суток. При использование квертулина - ускоряется на 2-3 суток у групп крыс с перерезкой общего жёлчного протока и без перерезки.
