Запальна реакція та антиоксидантний захист оболонки порожнини з цукровим діабетом та їх корекція за допомогою антигіалуронідазних препаратів

Abstract

В експерименті на щурах, котрим моделювали цукровий діабет 2 типу, проведена корекція виявлених порушень за допомогою антигіалуронідазних препаратів. Показано, що антигіалуронідазні препарати роблять антизапальний ефект і знижують проникність слизової оболонки для мікрофлори і токсинів та вказують на провідну роль дісбіотичного фактору в патогенезі стоматологічних ускладнень цукрового діабету.

The aim. The aim of the investigation is the comparative study of the influence of the different antihyaluronidase preparations on the level of inflammatory reaction and the state of antioxidant system in oral mucous membrane of rats with experimental II type diabetes mellitus. The materials and the methods of the investigation. The investigations were held with 28 white rats of Vistar line, in which II type diabetes mellitus was simulated. In mucous membrane of cheek the activity of catalase, elastase, the quantity of malonic dialdehyde, antioxidant-prooxidant index and the degree of dysbiosis were studied. The findings: The held investigations have shown that at II type DM the inflammatory-dystrophic processes develop in oral mucous membrane; the growth of the level of inflammatory biochemical markers (elastase and MDA) speaks of it. One of the reasons of the development of the inflammation in oral mucous membrane at diabetes can be the misbalance in antioxidant-prooxidant systems for benefit of the last. However, that is not the only reason of the development of the inflammation in oral mucosa. The fact, that antihyaluronidase preparations have anti-inflammatory effect and reduce the permeability of the mucous membrane for the toxins microflora, points at the leading role of dysbiotic factor in the pathogenesis of the stomatological complications of diabetes mellitus.

В експерименте на крысах, которым моделировали сахарный диабет 2 типа, проведена коррекция выявленных нарушений с помощью антигиалуронидазных препаратов. Показано, что антигиалуронидазные препараты оказывают антивоспалительный эффект и снижают проницаемость слизистой оболочки для микрофлоры и токсинов и указывают на ведущую роль дисбиотического патогенезе стоматологических осложнений диабета.
