У статті проаналізовано процес планування в системі
стратегічного управління соціально-економічними компонентами галузі
охорони здоров’я. Виділено основні етапи стратегічного управління в
галузі охорони здоров’я. Процес планування розглядається автором як
координаційний інструмент. Запропоновано методологічні принципи
стратегічного планування. Досліджено етапи програмування в межах
стратегічного планування. Здійснено аналіз комплексного інформаційноаналітичного супроводу окремих функцій стратегічного управління.
Досліджено структуру інформаційного забезпечення системи
стратегічного управління в національній системі охорони здоров’я.
The subject of research is the planning process in the system of the
strategic management of socio-economic components of the healthcare industry.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the planning as the coordinating
instrument of the strategic management of socio-economic components of the
healthcare industry.
The methodological basis of the study is presented by the following
scientific methods as morphological analysis, analysis and synthesis, empirical
approach. In the research process the materials of own researches, and also
separate scientific publications of national and foreign authors concerning
problems of strategic management of quality of medical services were used.
Results. The article analyzes the planning process in the system of
strategic management of socio-economic components of health care. The main
stages of strategic management in the field of health care are highlighted.
Identifying certain stages of strategic management of socio-economic
components in the national health care system provides an opportunity to
optimize and increase efficiency at each stage.
The planning process is considered by the author as a coordination tool.
Methodological principles of strategic planning are offered. The sequence of
strategic planning within the developed mechanism of strategic planning in the
health care system is offered. Consistent stages of strategic planning contain
certain elements-tasks, which ensure the gradual implementation of current
goals and balanced use of resource potential.
The stages of programming within the framework of strategic planning
are investigated.
The analysis of complex information-analytical support of separate
functions of strategic management is carried out. The structure of information
support of the strategic management system in the national health care system is
studied.
Conclusions. An important and basic stage of strategic management of
the socio-economic component in the national health care system is strategic
forecasting and planning, which form a balance of potential opportunities and
needs, taking into account the strategic goal.

стратегического управления в области здравоохранения. Процесс
планирования рассматривается автором как координационный инструмент.
Предложены методологические принципы стратегического планирования.
Исследованы этапы программирования в рамках стратегического
планирования. Осуществлен анализ комплексного информационноаналитического сопровождения отдельных функций стратегического
управления. Исследована структура информационного обеспечения
системы стратегического управления в национальной системе
здравоохранения.
