In this paper we studied histological changes, ferment strength of nitrogen oxide cycle at 68 rats with the experimental model of the Sjögren syndrome obtained by introduction of mixture of BCG vaccine and glycerin into parotid gland of the rat. The model development is followed by increase of quantity of parotid gland tissues antibodies and at the same time by decrease in number of the CIC, that explains a combination of the increased degeneration of parotid gland at the minimum manifestations of inflammatory reaction. At the same time changes in the nitrogen oxide cycle take place. It is shown by decrease of the NO-synthase activity in parotid gland tissues at simultaneous increase in its activity in the macrophages, which are located in its tissue, and NOх decrease in blood serum.
Изучали гистологические изменения, активность ферментов цикла оксида азота у 68 крыс с экспериментальной моделью синдрома Шегрена, полученной путем введения в околоушную слюнную железу крысы смеси вакцины БЦЖ и глицерина. Развитие модели сопровождается нарастанием количества антител к тканям слюнной железы и одновременно снижением количества ЦИК, что объясняет сочетание нарастающей дегенерации слюнной железы при минимальных проявлениях воспалительной реакции. Одновременно имеют место изменения в цикле оксида азота. Это проявляется снижением активности NO-синтазы в тканях слюнной железы при одновременном увеличении активности ее в макрофагах, расположенных в ее ткани, и снижением NOх в сыворотке крови.
