Профілактика оральними антидисбіотичними гелями «Квертулін» і «Лізомукоїд» гострого періодонтита у щурів

Abstract

Попередні оральні аплікації антидисбіотичних гелів «Квертулін» або «Лізомукоїд» здійснюють лікувально-профілактичну дію на ясна і пульпу зубів у щурів після введення в ясна гіалуронідази.

Предварительные оральные аппликации антидисбиотических гелей «Квертулин» или «Лизомукоид» оказывают лечебно-профилактический эфект на десну и пульпу зубов у крыс после внутридесневого введения гиалуронидазы.

The aim. To determine healing action of the geles «Quertulin» and «Lysomucoid» on rat periodontitis. The materials and methods. The oral phytogeles were used «Quertulin» (quercetin + inulin + citrate Ca) and «Lysomucoid» (lysozyme + ovomucoid + cetavlon). The experimental periodontitis was made by introduction of the hyaluronidase (H-ase) solution into gum. The geles were appliqué on gum three days before the H-ase introuction. The biochemical indices of inflammation in gum and dental pulp was determined by activity elastase and content malonic dialdehyd. The degree of dysbiosis was determined by ratio activities urease and lysozyme. The activities of alkaline and acid phosphatases were deter-mined into pulp. The findings. The levels of inflammation induced and the degree dysbiosis were raised at the experimental periodontitis into gum and pulp. The geles application lowered the levels of inflammation indices the degree of dysbiosis and raised mineralisation activity of pulp. The conclusion. The oral geles «Quertulin» and «Lysomucoid» made the prophylaxis of periodontitis.
