Abstract

Проблема побочного действия лекарственных средств в медицине является одной из наиболее сложных и актуальных. Сегодня в стоматологии используется множество препаратов, применение которых непосредственно связано с риском развития, как местных, так и генерализованных осложнений. Прежде всего, это относится к инъекционным антибиотикам, НПВС и местным анестетикам. Одним из наиболее острых вопросов для стоматологов является безопасность использования местных анестетиков и особенно своевременная диагностика возможных аллергических реакций на данные препараты.

First of all it concerns injection antibiotics, NSAIMs and local anesthetics. One of the most serious problems for the dentists is the safety of the application of local anesthetics and especially the timely diagnostics of the possible allergic reactions to these preparations. The aim of the work. This work is connected to the study of the influence of adrenalin in the concentrations, corresponding to its contents in local stomatological anesthetics, upon the result of skin test. The materials and the methods. The skin tests with the application of local anesthetics according to valid warrant by MH and AMS of Ukraine 127/18 dated on 2.04.2002. [3]. At present the clinical diagnostics of allergic reactions to local anesthetics in patients with compromised allergic and pharmacological anamnestic record with the method of skin test is an obligatory one, though it often causes discussions among dentists, as well as allergists. One of the most discussable problems of the use of skin tests to the local anesthetics is the problem of leveling of skin displays from the affection of allergic agent (local anesthetic), adrenalin, composing the anesthetic solution. The conclusions. As the result of the investigations and taking into consideration the long-term clinical experience, it is possible to draw the following conclusion: for today prick-test is the most optimal clinical method of diagnostics of the reaction of hypersensibility to the local anesthetics, not depending on the content of adrenalin in it. This method is very important for the practical stomatology as the method of express-diagnostics, under the condition of its right execution and the presence of the required knowledge for the doctor.

Сьогодні в стоматології використовується безліч препаратів, застосування яких безпосередньо пов'язане з ризиком розвитку як місцевих так і генералізованих ускладнень. Передусім це відноситься до ін'єкційних антибіотиків, НПВС і місцевим анестетикам. Одним з найбільш гострих питань для стоматологів є безпека використання місцевих анестетиків, та особливо своєчасна діагностика можливих алергічних реакцій на ці препарати.
