При токсическом гепатите в слизистой полости рта крыс развивается воспаление, дисбиоз и снижение неспецифического иммунитета. Гепатопротектор, содержащий жмых расторопши, оказывает мукозопротекторное действие, не уступая препарату Квертулин.
The aim. To determine the mucous protective effect of hepatoprotector, containing Silybum cake, upon oral mucous membrane at toxic hepatitis, in comparison to quercethin containing preparation quertulin.
The materials and methods. Toxic hepatitis was restored with the help of sulfate hydrazine. Hepatoprotectors LeCaSil (lecithin + Silybum cake + calcium citrate) and Quertulin (quercethin + inulin + calcium citrate) were introduced per os dosed at 300 mg/kg. The state of liver was estimated according to the level of hepatic markers in blood serum: bilirubin, ALT and alkaline phosphatase (AlP). The state of oral mucous membrane was evaluated by the level of inflammatory markers: the contents of MDA and activity of elastase, by the level of microbe insemination (activity of urease), the state of nonspecific immunity (activity of lysozyme), the level of antioxidant protection (activity of catalase and index API). The degree of dysbiosis was estimated by the correlation between relative activities of urease and lysozyme.
The findings. At toxic hepatitis in blood serum the level of hepatic markers (bilirubin, ALT, AlP) increases. It reduces under the influence of the introduction of hepatoprotectors, at that in greater degree under the influence of LeCaSyl. At toxic hepatitis in mucous membrane of cheek the level of inflammatory markers, the index of microbe insemination, the activity of catalase and the index API grow, but the activity of lysozyme decreases by 3.5 times. Both hepatoprotectors reduce all indices except lysozyme, the activity of which increases by 1.8-2.0 times. The essential difference in mucous protective effect of both hepatoprotectors was not found with the exception of the stronger antioxidant effect of Quertulin.
The conclusion. At toxic hepatitis the stomatitis and dysbiosis, conditioned by the reduction of the level of nonspecific immunity, develops. The hepatoprotector, containing Silybum cake, displays hepatoprotective and mucous protective effect, not being worse than Quertulin.
