Клинико-лабораторная оценка профилактической эффективности препарата Кальцикер в стоматологической практике у детей

Abstract

Показано, что лечебно-профилактический комплекс на основе препарата Кальцикер эффективно улучшал у детей 6–7 и 11–12 лет со средним и множественным кариесом зубов состояние твердых тканей зубов, уровень гигиены полости рта и минерализующую способность ротовой жидкости за счет увеличения содержания Са и Р в ротовой жидкости и оптимизации их соотношения.

The problem of lack of calcium in the body of children and the possibility of its replenishment is of great interest for scientifi c and practical dentistry. One of the promising ways to solve this problem is the use of the combined preparation Calcicare, regulating the exchange of calcium in the body, replenishing the lack of it and vitamin D3, normalizing the processes of mineralization of hard tissues of teeth. Purpose of the study. The aim of the study was clinical and clinical-laboratory study of the caries preventive complex based on the Calcicare preparation in 6–7 and 11–12 old children. Materials and methods. The study involved children with moderate and multiple caries of teeth without concomitant somatic pathology – 6–7 and 11–12 years old. Children of the main groups in addition to sanation of the oral cavity received 2.5 ml of the Calcicare preparation 3 times a day according to the instructions. The course of treatment was 2 months 2 times a year. In addition, children used ROCS kids and ROCS teens series of toothpaste. Results. Conclusions. It is shown that the treatment and prophylactic complex based on the CALCICARE preparation eff ectively improved the state of hard tissues of the teeth, the level of oral hygiene and the mineralizing capacity of oral fl uid in 6–7 and 11–12 years old children with medium and multiple caries of the teeth due to an increase in the content of Ca and P in the oral fl uid and optimize their ratio.
