При кормлении крыс полусинтетическим рационом, содержащим 5 % высокоолеинового или 5 % обычного подсолнечного масла, установлено антидисбиотическое, антиоксидантное, пародонтопротекторное и кариеспрофилактическое действие первого из них.
The aim. To compare the influence of common (high linoleic) and high oleic sunflower oil on oral cavity.
The materials and methods: The common sunflower oil (the contents of linoleic acid 57 %, oleic acid 30 %) and high oleic sunflower oil (the contents of linoleic acid 6 %, oleic acid 85 %), added to the semisynthetic diet of rats by 5 %, were used. Such feeding lasted for 30 days. In blood serum the activities of urease, lysozyme, degree of dysbiosis were determined by Levitsky method. The contents of MDA, activity of elastase, catalase were revealed, the degree of atrophy of alveolar appendage of lower jaw and teeth affection with caries were calculated.
The findings. High oleic sunflower oil reduces the activity of urease and degree of generalized dysbiosis in serum by 3-3.5 times. In gum under the influence of high oleic sunflower oil the contents of MDA, activity of elastase decrease and activity of catalase grows. This oil really reduces the degree of atrophy of alveolar appendage and teeth affection with caries.
The conclusion. High oleic sunflower oil, unlike the common one, has antidysbiotic, antioxidant, periodontoprotective and cariespreventive effect.
При годуванні щурів напівсинтетичним раціоном з вмістом 5 % високоолеїнової або 5 % звичайної соняшникової олії, встановлена антидисбіотична, антиоксидантна, пародонтопротекторна і карієспрофілактична дія першої з них.
