Стоматологічний статус і ефективність лікувально-профілактичних заходів у дітей з надлишковою масою тіла

Abstract

Показано, что применение для профилактики основных стоматологических заболеваний у детей с ожирением преаратов «Симбитер», регулирующего микробиоценоз по-лости рта и «Квертулидон», антиоксидантного, адаптаенного действия, повышающего местную неспецифиче-скую резистентность в полости рта, позволило в основной группе получить за 1 год наблюдений кариеспрофилактиче-ский эффект 32,7 %, в 3,4 раза снизить индекс РМА % и на 86% уменьшить индекс кровоточивости, улучшить пока-затели гигиены полости рта.

Introduction. Today, among children increased prevalence of disease such as metabolic syndrome, a precursor that is overweight or obese. Herewith in the body violated the metabolic processes that have a significant impact on the state of hard tissue of teeth, periodontal tissue, dental hygiene in children, which requires the development and implementation of effective therapeutic and preventive measures for the main dental diseases. Purpose of the study. The aim of this work was to evaluate the state of hard tissue of teeth, periodontal tissues and the level of the oral cavity hygiene of overweight children in the prevention and treatment of major dental diseases. Materials and methods. Overweight children 15-18 years of the main group in addition to basic therapy received 2 times a year for two weeks at night therapeutic and preventive complex, included the gel "Symbiter" (regulation of microbiocenosis) and gel "Kvertulidon" (antioxidant, adaptogen, prebiotic). At the same time we assess the state of hard tissue of teeth (DMF, DMFT) and their structure damage (caries, filling, extraction), the state of periodontal tissues (PMA %, bleeding, trial of Schillera-Pisareva, tartar) and the level of oral hygiene (Silness-Loe , Stallard). Results. Conclusions. It is shown that the use for the prevention of major dental diseases in children with obesity drugs "Symbiter" regulating oral cavity microbiocenosis and "Kvertulidon" with antioxidant and adaptogenic effect, which increases the local nonspecific resistance in the oral cavity, allowed in the main group to receive in 1 year of observations caries preventive effect of 32,7 %, 3.4 times lower PMA % index and 86 % of bleeding index reduction, improve the oral hygiene.
