Современное понятие автомобильной травмы

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены проблемные вопросы судебно-медицинского определения понятия автомобильной травмы. Проведен анализ различных литературных источников, по результатам которого можно сделать вывод о том, что, с одной стороны, единого определения автомобильной травмы на сегодняшний день не существует, с другой – что любое из имеющихся определений страдает определенной неполнотой. С учетом этого, автором разработано универсальное определение автомобильной травмы для нужд судебных медиков, и более расширенное – как для судебных медиков, так и для экспертов – транспортных трассологов; последнее может быть использовано для разработки вопросов смежного (судебномедицинского и транспортно-трассологического) характера.

У статті розглянуті проблемні питання судово-медичного визначення поняття автомобільної травми. Проведений аналіз різних літературних джерел, за результатами якого можна зробити висновки про те, що, з одного боку, єдиного поняття автомобільної травми на сьогоднішній час не існує; з другого – що будь-яке з наявних понять відрізняється певною неповнотою. З урахуванням цього, автором розроблено універсальне поняття автомобільної травми для потреб судових медиків, а також більш розширене – як для судових медиків, так і для експертів – транспортних трассологов; останнє може бути використане для розробки питань суміжного (судово-медичного та транспортно-трассологічного) характеру.

The article deals with the problematic issues of the forensic medical defnition of the concept of automobile trauma. An analysis of various literature sources has been carried out, according to which it can be concluded that, on the one hand, there is no single defnition of car trauma for today, on the other - that any of the available defnitions suffers from a certain incompleteness. With this in mind, the author developed a universal defnition of car injuries for the needs of forensic doctors, and a more extensive - for both forensic doctors and experts - transport routeologists; The latter can be used for the development of issues of a related (forensic and transport-investigative) character. Introduction. The concept of «car trauma» is frmly embedded in the structure of forensic medicine, this kind of injury is devoted to many scientifc works. And, nevertheless, as the analysis of various literary data testifes, for today there is no single generally accepted forensic medical defnition of automobile trauma. This situation can hardly be considered normal. Therefore, the purpose of this study was the analysis of various literature sources on car trauma, own practice, and the formulation of the most optimal concept of car trauma. Material and methods of investigation. The material of this study is various literature sources devoted to the problems of forensic medical examination of car injuries, their comprehensive analysis in terms of completeness and validity of the proposed forensic medical defnitions of this type of injury.
