Эффективность использования различных зубных щёток у взрослых и детей

Abstract

У 8 взрослых людей в возрасте 21–22 года и у 36 детей в возрасте 11–12 лет исследована очищающая способность зубных щёток для взрослых (всего 8 наименований) и для детей (6 наименований). Очищающее действие зубных щёток определяли по разнице ИГ полости рта (по ФёдоровуВолодкиной) до и после чистки. Установлено, что среди зубных щёток для взрослых наиболее высокий очищающий эффект наблюдался у щеток «Oral-B», «Colgate Extra clean» (ИГ приближался к 2), хорошее очищающее действие было у зубных щёток «Aquafresh Flex Top» и «Colgate Active Angle».У детей наиболее высокий очищающий эффект был у зубных щёток «Thisa Fans» (средней жесткости) и «Oral-B Kinds» (средней жесткости). Хорошее очищающее действие – у зубных щёток «Jordan Junior» (мягкая щётка) и «Aquafresh Flex fant» (мягкая щётка).

У 8 дорослих людей у віці 21–22 роки і у 36 дітей у віці 11–12 років досліджена очищаюча здатність зубних щіток для дорослих (всього 8 найменувань) і для дітей (6 найменувань). Очищаючу дію зубних щіток визначали за різницею ІГ порожнини рота (за Федоровим-Володкіною) до і після чищення. Встановлено, що серед зубних щіток для дорослих найбільш високий очищуючий ефект спостерігався у щіток «Oral-B», «Colgate Extra clean» (ІГ наближався до 2), добра очищуюча дія була у зубних щіток «Aquafresh Flex Top» і «Colgate Active Angle». У дітей найбільш високий очищуючий ефект був у зубних щіток «Thisa Fans» (середньої жорсткості) і «Oral-B Kinds» (середньої жорсткості). Добра очищуюча дія – у зубних щіток «Jordan Junior» (м'яка щітка) і «Aquafresh Flex fant» (м'яка щітка).

Toothbrushes for adults consistently applied during 8 weeks. Children 11-12 years were divided into 6 groups of 6 children and brushed their teeth for 4 months with subjects brushes. Cleansing action toothbrushes were determined by the difference of the IG (according to Fedorov-Volodkina) of the oral cavity before and after cleaning. The findings and the discussion. Insufficient cleansing effect was observed in the toothbrush «Chigjur Soft C-930». The results of studies of children's brush cleaning action showed that the highest cleaning effect was at toothbrushes «Thisa Fans» (medium hardness) and «Oral-B Kinds» (medium hardness). Good cleaning action was at toothbrushes «Jordan Junior» (soft brush) and «Aquafresh Flex fant» (soft brush). Moderate cleansing action occurred in toothbrushes «Colgate Premier Ultra Soft» (soft brush) and «Chigjur» (medium hardness). The conclusions. 1. Cleansing action of toothbrushes for adults and children alike, depends primarily on the stiffness of the bristles. 2. On the cleaning effect is also influenced by the design features of the brush fields. 3. Of toothbrushes for adults highest cleaning effect was observed in the brush «Oral-B», «Colgate Extra clean». 4. Among the children's toothbrushes highest cleaning effect was found in toothbrushes «Thisa Fans» and «Oral-B Kinds», of medium stiffness.
