Activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH) were determined in the blood serum of the umbilical cord in the newborns of the smoking and nonsmoking women. The obtained results indicated of the low activity of the LDH and G6PDH in the blood of newborns of the smoking women, that is reflection of a negative effect of smoking on the enzyme activity.
Активность лактатдегидрогеназы (ЛДГ) и глюкозо-6-фосфатдегидрогеназы (Г6ФДГ) определяли в сыворотке крови из пуповины новорожденных, куривших и не куривших во время беременности женщин. Полученные результаты показали уменьшение активности ЛДГ и Г6ФДГ в крови новорожденных, куривших женщин, что свидетельствовало о негативном влиянии курении на активность ферментов.
