In the structure of extragenital pregnant pathology rapidly increased the number of diseases of the urinary system in recent years. Pyelonephritis is a main case
of hospitalization during pregnancy on non-obstetric indication. According to o¡ cial statistics of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the prevalence of urinary tract
infections is increases from year to year.
This article describes the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the major diseases of the urinary tract in
pregnancy.
В остані роки у структурі екстагенітальної патології вагітних стрімко зросла кількість хвороб органів сечовивідної системи. основна причина госпіталізації під час вагітністі за неакушерськими показаннями - пієлонефрит. Поширеність інфекцій сечовивідних шляхів, згідно з офіційною статистикою МОЗ України, з року в рік зростає.
У статті описано етіологію, патогенез, клінічні прояви, діагностику, лікування та профілактику основних хвороб органів сечовивідної системи
вагітних.
