Філософські засади діагностики хвороби

Abstract

Розуміння питань здоров’я людини може сприяти переходу від медицини хвороби до медицини здоров’я. Це допоможе вивчити проблему глибше, розглянути інші аспекти діагностики хвороб. Традиційним є аналіз хвороби в науковому або клінічному аспекті. Але не варто забувати про психосоціальні аспекти здоров’я, завдяки чому лікарі мали змогу домогтися більшого успіху у взаєморозумінні з людьми, які звернулися за допомогою. Основний критерій етапу: визнання або заперечення хвороби. Формування на етапах згаданого вище ставлення до хвороби називається соматогнозом.

Understanding the issues of human health can contribute to the transition from medicine of disease to medicine of health. It will help to learn a problem deeper, to consider other aspects in diagnostic of illnesses. Traditional is an analysis of illness in a scientifc or clinical aspect. But it does not cost to forget a health about psychosocial aspects, due to it, doctors were able more success to arrive at the mutual understanding with people that appealed for help. Basic criterion of the stage : confession or denial of illness. Forming on the stages of attitude mentioned above toward illness is named somatognosis.
