Проведений літературний та архівний аналіз
показників виживання показав, що основними
причинами смерті хворих на рак гортані були локально-розповсюджений пухлинний процес з вираженою інтоксикацією, з дихальною і серцевою
недостатністю. Автор підкреслює, що включення
поліфункціональних лікарських засобів у супроводження основної терапії підвищує виживання і
покращує якість життя хворих.
The literary and archive analysis of the survival
probability indexes showed that the main causes of
patients’ death were: locally disseminated tumour
process with marked intoxication, respiratory failure
and cardiac decompensation. The author emphasizes
that the addition of the polyfunctional pharmacotherapy
together with the basic treatment increases the
survival probability and ameliorates the patients life
quality.
