Приведены результаты биохимического исследования сыворотки
крови у больных раком гортаноглотки, подтверждающие явление интоксикации. Использование методики детоксикации экзогенным церулоплазмином приводит к нейтрализации окислительных радикалов, что позволяет провести хирургическое лечение без осложнений и достичь улучшения клинического состояния больных.
The results of the biochemical investigation of the
blood plasma of patients with the cancer of the laryngopharynx
were shown. These results confirm occurrences of intoxication.
It was shown, that the employment of the method of detoxication
with exogenous ceruloplasmin leads neutralization of the
oxidizing radicals. It makes possible to provide surgical
treatment without complications and receive the improvement
of clinical condition of the patients.
