Обследовано 80 женщин в сроке беременности 21-25 недель . Контроль ную группу составили 32 здоровых беременных, основную –
48 беременных с перинатальным инфицированием. Изучены некоторые биохимические показатели, кальцийрегулирующие гормоны и маркеры ремоделирования костной ткани. Минеральная плотность костной ткани определялась методом ультразвуковой денситометрии. Остеопенический синдром различной степени тяжести наблюдался у 81,25% женщин с инфицированием фетоплацентарного комплеска. Содержание ОК и витамина D у беременных с ВУИ достоверно снижено,
тогд а как содерж ание ПТГ и CrossLaps превышают
соответствующие показатели в контрольной группе. У беременных обеих групп отмечается гиперкальцийурия: максимальный уровень экскреции
кальция с мочой наблюдается у беременных с
ПИПК. По-видимому, пр и ВУИ у беременных наблюдается активация процессов ремоделирования
костной ткани, направленная на сохраанение минеральной плотности костной ткани.

were examined. 32 healhy pregnant women
formed the control group, 48 women amount of the
group of the pregnant women with the perinatal infections.
Studied some biochemical status and the
hormonal factors of the calcium levels regulated and
of the bone tissue repairs marcer. The bone tissue
density was measured by ultrasound bone densitometry.
Results of the researches have show, what
the osteopenic syndrome of the various degrees was
detected in 81,25% of the pregnant women with the
perinatal infections. The levels of the osteocalcin and
the vitamin D in the pregnant women with perinatal
infections was decreased compared with the healthy
pregnant women, while the parathyroid hormone
and CrossLap levels was exceed. In the pregnant
women of both group is observed hypercalcuria, in
the pregnant women with perinatal infections the
excretion of the calcium urinaries more significantly.
Evidently, supposed that remodulation rates of the
bone tissue were intensifyed in the pregnant women
with perinatal infections. It was directed to maintain
of the bone tissue mineral density.
