Роль в розвитку розацеа спеціального жіночого статевого центру. Ч. 1

Abstract

Предмет дослідження – розацеа. Мета роботи – визначити можливість розгляду наявності спеціального жіночого статевого центру як регулятора початкових та подальших патофізіологічних змін при розацеа. Приведені дані, які свідчать про взаємозв’язок між регуляторними молекулярними сполуками гіпоталамусу (ліберини, статини, релізинг-фактори), гіпофізу (тропні гормони), яєчників (стероїдні статеві гормони та нестероїдні сполуки), які у разі розладів на будь-якому із цих рівнів гіпоталамо-гіпофізарно-гонадної осі залучають для їх подолання молекулярні функціональні системи інших центрів нервової та ендокринної систем. З урахуванням клінічних даних про тісний зв’язок проявів у жінок зі статевими гормональними порушеннями є підстави для об’єктивізації наявності функціонального регулюючого статевого центру у них.

The subject of the study – rosacea. The aim of the work is to determine the possibility of considering the presence of a special female sexual center as a regulator of initial and subsequent pathophysiological changes in rosacea. Given the clinical data on the close relationship of manifestations in women with sexual hormonal disorders, there are grounds for objectifying the presence of a functional regulatory sexual center in them.
