У роботі представлені особливості клініки та результати хірургічного лікування 107 хворих з травмами очей, ускладненх повною колобомою райдужки. У переважній большості хворих травма райдужки супроводжувалась ушкодження інших структур ока: рогівки (68,2%), кришталика (92,5%), скловидного тіла (25,2%) та інш., що обумовило необхідність проведення складних реконструктивних операцій з включенням закритої іридопластики. Проведені дослідження показали високу ефективність розробленої технології відновного лікування хворих з повними колобомами райдужки, ще дозволило відновити високі зорові функції (вище 0,3 - у 74% пацієнтів) та в 96,3% випадків одержати хороший косметичний ефект, незважаючи на тяжкий початковий стан травмованих очей.
The clinical peculiarities and results of surgical treatment of107 patients with eye traumas, complicated by total iris colobomas are presented in this work.
