Результати впровадження інтервенційна сонографія в діагностику та хірургічне лікуванні обмежених гнійно-деструктивних ускладнень бойової травми живота

Abstract

В статті представлені результати лікування гнійно-деструктивних ускладнень, що розвились у поранених з бойовою травмою живота. Показано, що використання методик міні-інвазивних втручань під ультразвуковою навігацією за показами є більш ефективною в порівнянні з традиційними хірургічними втручаннями. Данні методики можуть використовуватись як самостійний метод лікування так і бути використані як першочерговий етап перед радикальними оперативними втручаннями.

Introduction. An integral part of society at all times, how sad it is to state that there were military conflicts. Even the development of civilization and the awareness of humanity of the interdependence and interconnectedness of the modern world could not exclude war and military conflicts as a means of resolving power interstate, religious, ethnic, and other contradictions. Gunshot wounds and abdominal warfare injuries are among the worst injuries in wartime. Therefore, their diagnosis and surgical treatment is one of the main tasks of abdominal surgery. The goal of the work. Improve the treatment of wounded and injured abdominal trauma by the rational introduction of diagnostic and minimally invasive surgical interventions under the control of ultrasound imaging techniques. Results The injured were divided into 2 groups: a control group (105 wounded) treated from 2014 to 2015 and the main group (112 wounded) - from 2016 to 2018. In the treatment of purulent-destructive complications (GDU) in the control group, the traditional methods of surgical treatment were used, and in the main group, mini-invasive surgical treatments under the control of ultrasound imaging techniques began to be used. Conclusions 1. Mini-invasive methods of intervention, namely interventional sonography, is currently a highly effective method of diagnosis and treatment. Given that interventional sonography is less traumatic, does not require general anesthesia, it can be used as a primary diagnostic and therapeutic method for the treatment of complications of abdominal warfare injury. 2. The use of punctures, drainage and sanation of pathological cells under ultrasound navigation reduces the number of traditional and more traumatic surgical interventions, and is a more effective method for treating GDU in wounded abdominal traumatic trauma.

В статье представлены результаты лечения гнойно-деструктивных осложнений, которые развились у раненых с боевого травмой живота. Показано, что использование методик мини-инвазивных вмешательств под ультразвуковой навигацией по показаниям более эффективно по сравнению с традиционными хирургичними вмешательствами. Данные методики могут использоваться как самостоятельный метод лечения так и быть использованы как первоочередной этап перед радикальными оперативными вмешательствами.
