The severe coronary tortuosity (SCT) studying by proper physic-mathematic model, the action of SCT on the local coronary reserve limitation. The coronary angiography data of 148 patients with coronary artery disease (CAD), coronary X syndrome (CXS) and severe coronary tortuosity were examined. The SCT in LAD were determined in 112 cases. Calculation of the relative loss of volume blood flow (E Q) in the tortuous coronary artery segment compared with the straight segment by angiographic data, ceteris paribus, was done on the basis of
proposed physico-mathematical model. In 71.4 % patients demonstrate independent hemodynamic signifcance (E Q > 40 %) of coronary tortuosity in the imitation of local coronary flow reserve in patients with CAD and CXS. Correlation analysis showed a close relationship between E Q in the tortuous coronary artery segment and the number of turns (correlation coeffcient = 0.75; α = 0.01), which proves the action of SCT on the local coronary reserve limitation.
Проведен анализ коронарных ангиографий 112 пациентов, больных ишемической болезнью сердца (ИБС) с коронарным синдромом Х (КСХ) и выраженной извитостью коронарных артерий. Расчет относительной потери объема кровотока (E Q) извитого отрезка коронарной артерии в сравнении с прямым участком при прочих равных условиях проводился по собственной физико-математической модели. Доказано самостоятельную гемодинамическая значимость (E Q > 40 %) извитости коронарной артерии в ограничении локального коронарного резерва у 71,4 % больных ИБС с КСХ. Проведенный корреляционный анализ показал тесную связь между E Q на извитом отрезке с количеством витков коронарной артерии (коэффициент корреляции = 0,75; α = 0,01).
