Прогнозирование возможных послеоперационных осложнений у больных с опухолями фаринго-парафарингеальной области. Сообщение 4

Abstract

За результатами комплексного обстеження 45 хворих з пухлинами фарингопарафарингеального простору визначено ступінь судинно-нервових порушень до і у післяопераційному періоді. Відмічено, що за частотою виникнення судинно-нервових ускладнень у післяопераційному періоді на першому місці стоять невриноми, на другому – парагангліоми. Так, ускладнення у вигляді порушення каудальної групи ЧН склало 100% хворих з невриномою, які були пов’язані з їх інтраопераційним ураженням, а ускладнення з парагангліомами - 46,1%. Такі результати пов’язані з гістогенезом пухлин, а також з проведенням достатньо ефективної комплексної доопераційної діагностики, що дозволила визначити у хворих з парагангліомою діагностичні елементи (жировий прошарок) та використати лікувальні засоби на доопераційному періоді і реабілітаційні після операції.

The complex investigation of the 45 patients with tumor of the pharyngo-parapharyngeal space showed the level of the neurovascular disorder in the pre- and postoperative period. The authors observed that in the postoperative period in frequency of the neurovascular disorder neurinomas take the first rank and paragangliomas take the second one. Thus, the complications in the form of disturbances of the caudal group of the cranial nerves that related to intraoperative affections made up 100% patients, and the complications in paragangliomas amounted to 46,1%. The authors connect such results with the histogenesis of the tumors as well as with sufficiently effective complex preoperative diagnostics. Such diagnostics enabled to detect for the patients with paragangliomas the diagnostic elements (the fat layer) and to find therapeutic agents during the preoperational period and rehabilitation agents after the operation.
