Ціль досліджень складалася в розробці комплексу профілактичних заходів, що сприяють нормалізації патологічних змін у порожнині рота у осіб після радіаційного опромінення в області голови й шиї. До комплексу входили наступні компоненти: щоденне зволоження слизової оболонки порожнини рота гелем «Мальцит»; полоскання рота еліксиром «Лизомукоід»; чищення зубів пастою Colgate® Sensitive Pro-Relief™ для чутливих зубів; прийом усередину мінерального комплексу «Кальцид» або «Кальцит». Лікувально-профілактичні заходи проводили протягом 6 місяців. Запропонований лікувально-профілактичний комплекс сприяв поліпшенню стану порожнини рота, що виявилося в зниженні сухості й запалення СОПР, зниженні чутливості зубів.
The purpose of researches consisted of development prophylactic´s complex, cooperant normalization of pathological changes in the oral cavity in persons after radiation irradiation in head´s and neck´s area. The followings components were included in a complex: daily moistening of mucous membrane of oral cavity by «Malcit» gel; rinse the elixir of «Lizomukoid»; cleaning teeth by paste of Colgate® Sensitive Pro-Relief™ for sensible teeth; reception inward mineral complex «Kalcid» or «Kalcit». Treatment and profilactic measures were conducted during 6 months. The offered treatment and profilactic complex was instrumental in the improvement of the state of oral cavity, which showed up in the decline of dryness and inflammation of mucous membrane of oral cavity, decline of sensitiveness of teeth.
