Abstract:
The comparative analysis of uteral appendages and Douglas space vi<
sual diagnostic results in 35 subfertile women with failed diagnosis
using noninvasive diagnostic tools is analyzed. We used two visual en<
doscopic technique revealed high degree of a coordination. Transvagi<
nal and transabdominal laparoscopic diagnosis coincided in approxi<
mately 2/3 cases. Female subfertility doesn't followed by the internal
sexual organs structural changes in 50% cases. These were women did<
n't reveal any pathology in conditions of both transvaginal and tran<
sabdominal laparoscopic investigations. The data obtained showed
that transabdominal laparoscopу is high informative, easily performed
and safe mini<invasive technique of subfertile women exploration.
